Description:

Coordinates room reservations and set ups. Along with coordinating local site events. In conjunction with the Site Services Management team, administers program strategies and deliverables defined by project plans and goals. Analyzes and recommends improvements in facilities processes. Coordinates and communicates facilities-related plans, events, and requirements. Assist with strategic facilities and space planning management.
Responsibilities
● Provide a high quality of service to the customers
● Respond and follow through requests for information and communicate with all levels of management via email, chat and video conferencing
● Coordinates Facility Site Service activities to support campus activities, conference room meeting setups, campus events and facility programs to ensure alignment and positive impact with customers and business functions
● Day to Day Conference Room Scheduling Verification
● Ensure rooms are operational by conducting daily and weekly checks
● Coordinate setup of tables and chairs according to the configuration of the floor plan/layout requested
● Coordinate installation of technology equipment
● Store, maintain, and track equipment inventory
● Assigns, monitors, and supports facility work order using CMMS. Reports and shares service issues with facilities management to ensure issues are addressed and resolved.
● Effectively coordinates, compiles, and communicates on behalf of Facilities & SHE to all levels of the organization
● Supports space planning by coordinating physical moves end-to-end, ensuring area prep is completed. Responsible for attending to details to ensure customer requirements are met, such as IT setup, proper space labeling, and belongings are in place
● Ensure all space planning activities are performed consistent with documented processes Identifies, suggests, and facilitates process and program improvements
● Contacting end users for missing or conflicting information
● Comply with company safety rules, policies, and procedures, Coordinate, confirming details, and overseeing logistics
● Operational support for event processes, partnering with Comms. on digital site platforms
● Based on observations and customer feedback, is responsible for identifying opportunities for improvement, raising ideas, soliciting support and resources as well as driving implementation for changes where appropriate
● Other duties as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS

Education: HS Diploma
Relevant Experience: 3 yrs Min.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Proven strong oral and written communication skills.
Process improvement knowledge and skills to include tool and concept understanding.
Strong computer skills (e.g. SharePoint, MS Office. Google platforms).
Proven project management skills to include the use of common project management techniques and tools.
Skill in entering data into databases and spreadsheet.

Onsite Position: Local Candidates
Pay Range: $35 - 40/hr.

QUALIFICATION/ LICENSURE :
  • Work Authorization : Green Card, US Citizen
  • Preferred years of experience : 3+ Years
  • Travel Required : No travel required
  • Shift timings: 8 AM to 5 PM
