Description:

Responsibilities:
Supports CDx Pathology team with a variety of routine to advanced administrative and operational activities including but not limited to:
• Scheduling and coordinating onsite/offsite meetings and team schedules
• Coordinating domestic and international travel and conference calls
• Channeling communication and/or materials
• Coordinating interview scheduling and employee onboarding, office moves, and office supply management
• Creating and submitting purchase orders and compiling expense reports
• Assists with the development of project schedules and plans.
• Ensures project related data is accurate and assist in data maintenance.
• Coordinates all aspects of a small project or phases of a larger project ensuring project objectives are met and business goals achieved.
• Tracks and reports project success measures. Notifies project team members when potential issues may arise such as missed timelines and over budget spending.
• Identifies and implements process improvement initiatives.

Education:
Bachelor's Degree

Years of Experience:
2 years project support and/or relevant experience.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Thorough knowledge of office administration and support practices.
• Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with MS office applications which includes Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated competency in taking initiative.
• Excellent organizational, time management and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently, multi-task, and adjust rapidly to new priorities.

 

This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $30.00/hour-$30.00/hour
