Description:

  • Accountable for identifying, planning, and tracking documentation deliverables for the business function according to the Quality Management System processes (including some or all of: MN/SN/QN processes, EOL, DC, DCO and or PDP processes).
  • Quality Management System (MyPLM) exposure; ability to manage Design Change control for processes including Post Launch Review, End of Life, Marketing Notifications, New part number creation, etc with a focus on managing the review and approval workflows within the quality system to deliver solutions in a timely manner.
  • Supports the business team with planning, scheduling, tracking and managing deliverables as part of planning, managing and delivering the Marketing and Business plan also in coordination with other relevant functions within M&CI, Global Access and Policy, Regulatory, Operations, etc..
  • Supports the deployment and maintenance of marketing materials on time, within budget and in alignment with business objectives, collaborating with external/internal/digital/events teams when applicable.
  • Responsible for developing a calendar of deliverables that spans all the relevant activities being driven by the Oncology Assay Business Team
  • Participates in and contributes to the International Business Team meetings (IBT) and affiliate meeting.
  • Collaborating with the International Product Managers, Global Marketing Managers and Integrated Marketing Managers on the planning, timing, and rollout of key marketing initiatives to ensure timely, compliant and complete documentation that supports the strategic intent.
  • Supports deployment of LCT team sites and intranet sites

Skills:

  • Ability to create documentation that is complete, consistent, and accurate.
  • Ability to plan project components and effectively report status to stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in the Google Suite of collaborative tools (gDoc, gSheet, gSlide) including creation and management of G sites
  • Proficiency with Document Management Systems such as MyPLM, MyDoc, Veeva Vault
  • Good project management skills
  • Excellent team skills, organizational skills, and problem solving skills.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Information Security and Data Privacy fundamentals

Education:

  • Required: Bachelor’s degree or commensurate years of experience

 

This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $24.80/hour-$33.07/hour
