Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of business processes in the manufacturing, quality, and maintenance domains, coupled with strong expertise in SAP user support and training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on support for end-users across manufacturing, quality, and plant maintenance functions. Resolve issues, answer questions, and assist users in troubleshooting SAP-related problems in daily operations.
- Lead change management activities related to SAP implementations and enhancements. Assess impact, develop change strategies, and ensure smooth adoption of new SAP processes and features.
- Analyzes complex business processes, data, and stakeholder needs to determine optimal means of meeting those needs.
- Conducts analysis, design, evaluation, modification, testing and implementation of enterprise business systems.
- Evaluates information gathered from multiple sources, reconciles conflicts, disseminates high-level concepts into details, distinguishes actual needs, identifies root cause of problems and creates logical and innovative solutions.
- Organizes, leads and facilitates cross-functional project teams to address business or systems issues.
- Acts as a liaison between the business users and technical systems groups.
- Leads business reviews, and mentors others on the process.
- Conducts User acceptance testing and Training for users and Junior Analysts in the team.
- Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new or special assignments
- Exercises independent judgment in methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in business analysis, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior role supporting SAP users, particularly in manufacturing, quality, and plant maintenance domains.
- Experience in user support, change management, training, and validation for SAP applications.
- Strong understanding of SAP modules related to Manufacturing (PP), Quality (QM), and Plant Maintenance (PM).
- Familiarity with SAP user roles, authorizations, and processes specific to manufacturing and maintenance operations.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills to effectively engage with business users and stakeholders.
- Experience working in regulated environments, particularly in industries such as pharmaceuticals is preferred.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies or experience working in Agile project teams.

Hourly Pay Rate Range (dependent on location, experience, expectation)
The pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position is: $43.61 - $67/hr on W2
