TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Executive Communications

Work closely with Domain and Chapter Leads on key messages and internal and external communications

 

gWiz Portal

maintain and update the iGNE gWiz portal with relevant information

Marketing

oversee surveys, mailchimp, reminder emails, digital posters & signage

 

iGNE Podcast

support all Site initiatives

Branding Packages

organize and share branding packages

Offsite and Event Coordination

manage the logistics associated with event planning as assigned.

Draft communications

Demonstrate creative ingenuity

Logistical support as needed

 

Graphic Design

create aesthetically creative presentations etc

 

SKILLS & PRACTICES

Electronic Communication

advanced ability to respond to email requests as soon as reasonably possible not to exceed 24 hours. Will utilize the “out of office” feature when away from the office for four hours and unable to respond to emails.

Written Communication

advanced ability to write and edit documentation, and determine actions needed for documents to execute information

Oral Communication

ability to communicate with proper English, other languages welcomed.

Mobile Phone

ability to utilize a mobile phone features at the beginner level

Documents

ability to navigate and effectively utilize google suite features at the advanced level

Presentations (ie google presentations)

ability to navigate and effectively utilize presentation features at the advanced level

Spreadsheets (ie google spreadsheets)

ability to navigate and effectively utilize spreadsheets at the beginner level

ability to use a computer and navigate the internet with relative comfortability.

Other requirements

Five years general office experience

Two years marketing and communications experience, or

Bachelor's degree

 

Schedule Notes

  • Onsite Position - South San Francisco, CA

 

Hourly Pay Rate Range (dependent on location, experience, expectation)

The pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position is: $26.79 - $35.71/hr

Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K (provided minimum eligibility hours are met)
